Jessica was born 14/02/1986.  She has lived most of her life at Warmun Community where she completed Primary School then went on to study at Wongutha CAPS Aboriginal Christian School, 20kms North of Esperance.
At a very young age, she is displaying both talent and keen desire to paint.  Her paternal grandmother is Shirley Purdie, a Senior Warmun artist and her maternal grandmother is Mona Ramsay, Chairperson of Bow River Station and also an International ochre artist.
Under Shirley’s direction, Jessica has learned to use the thick ochre synonymous with Warmun Art, executing both landscape and figurative works.  Fourth generation of ochre artists what a wonderful future this lovely young lady has in front of her.
